German Bluegrass Christmas Market — Saturday, December 5, 2026, at Jennings Holler in Eagle, Wisconsin.

A small, indoor Christmas market with bluegrass running through it. The market opens at 9 AM, with live music from 11 AM until 11 PM.

We are keeping this one deliberately intimate: about 12 vendor spaces. Vendors are chosen for fit — makers and goods that suit a German-market feel: handmade, seasonal, gifts, ornaments, warm things. Not every application will be accepted.

Load in from 7:00 AM Saturday (Friday, December 4 setup is available by arrangement). Be set up and ready to trade by 9:00 AM, and stay open until the market closes at 11 PM. Plan your arrival accordingly.

No prepared food or drink vendors at this event. Packaged retail food (jams, sealed baked goods, candy, sauces and the like) is welcome.

Your space: a 10′×10′ indoor floor space in the Buckhorn Barn. Bring your own table, display and lighting — no lighting is provided. No canopies indoors, and nothing larger than 10×10.

Power is limited and never guaranteed. Electricity is a $25 add-on for one standard outlet (bring your own extension cord), and it is only authorized once you are approved and it is paid. Otherwise, plan for no power.

Permits and responsibility: if you sell goods, you need a Wisconsin seller’s permit and anything else required to legally sell in Wisconsin (you can upload it in the next step). You are responsible for your own goods, display and any exchange with customers.

Staffing and clean-up: keep your space staffed and tidy through the market, and take all trash and signage with you at close.

Vendor agreement summary:

• Your space is 10′×10′ of indoor floor space in the Buckhorn Barn. Bring your own table, display and lighting. No canopies indoors and nothing larger than 10×10.
• Electricity is an optional $25 add-on, limited and never guaranteed — authorized only once approved and paid. Bring your own extension cord.
• Load in from 7 AM Saturday (Friday setup by arrangement). Set up and ready to trade by 9 AM. Stay open, staffed, until the market closes at 11 PM — no tear-down before close. Keep your space clean and take all trash and signage with you.
• If you are selected, your vendor fee is invoiced and due within 14 days. Your space is held once it is paid. Vendor fees are non-refundable, and a space cannot be transferred to another business.
• No prepared food or drink vendors. Packaged retail food is allowed.
• If selling goods, you will hold a WI seller’s permit and any other documents required to legally operate in Wisconsin. You take full responsibility for any exchange of goods or services with customers.
• Service providers (tarot readers, healers, etc.) may operate as ordained under the freedom of religion act with suggested donation, at their discretion.

• If Jennings Holler cancels the event for reasons within our control, you receive a credit toward a future event of equal value.
